Yes. This required passing a criminal background check.

Roughly 2 to 3 hours: more or less, depending on size and other variables. After the inspection, I will do a "presentation," where I review the findings with you and show pictures of the home.

Inspection reports are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours of your inspection, by email.

I have over 35 years of experience in the residential construction industry and over 13 years of experience in the home inspection industry. This includes hands-on and in-the-field experience that no classroom can teach. I have completed certified training and the National Home Inspector Exam. I am proud to be a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), and my license number is ASHI #246552. Every member is required to have a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education per year.

Yes. I look for any type of intrusion to the structure, including insects, rodents, etc. However, I always recommend securing a "Termite Letter/Bond" from a licensed Pest Control company.
