When doing an inspection, one of the most important item I look for is water and moisture issues that may cause damage and/or safety concerns. Moisture related issues causes more damage to homes than all other issues combined! I have the knowledge and specialized tools to detect these issues.

Going Beyond the Standard Inspection

Utilizing my experience in the construction industry, I will also make you aware of potential safety issues that there are no "building codes" for. This may include broken glass on the ground, standing water in the yard, fire ants, and more.

If scheduling allows, I will do a review with you to go over what was discovered during your inspection, I will show you pictures I took during your inspection.  I take the time to explain what I found and any issues that you need to be aware of and attempt to answer all your questions.  This will ensure that you have a clear understanding of any problems with the property you are considering purchasing.

Once the inspection is complete, I deliver all of my findings in a report that is clearly written and easy-to-understand. This will contain images that I reviewed with you. It will also outline why the issues are concerning. My clients receive this report via email, usually within 24 hours.

Once I have completed my inspection, I will put together an inspection report for you. If you feel that this report is not thorough or comprehensive, please let me know. I will give you a 100% refund.
